I have been reading a reviewer copy of “Groundswell: Winning in a World Transformed by Social Technologies” by Forrester analysts Charlene Li and Josh Bernoff. Rather than waiting until I finished the book and write a review, this post is a suggestion that if you or your company are interested in using social media either for AR or general marketing purposes then you should buy this book (click here to order on Amazon).
Forrester is investing a fair amount of effort into promoting the book including sending the analysts on a grueling book tour. There is a Groundswell website that has a nifty tool to generate a Social Technographics profile of your customers.
