- Webinars — 60- or 90-minute web-delivered sessions focused on a single topic. Perfect for continuing education sitting at one’s desk or in a conference room with colleagues.
- Executive briefings — Up to 60-minute sessions that are an efficient technique for raising executive awareness about the critical issues surrounding the IT industry analysts, which is key for building executive sponsorship.
- AR briefings — Up to 90-minute sessions that are a powerful continuing education tool to build AR staff’s knowledge about critical topics.
- Sales briefings — 20-minute and 60-minute sessions that provide sales reps with focused information about the impact of the analysts on sales deals, how to leverage positive commentary and mitigate negative commentary, and dealing with specific research deliverables like Gartner’s Magic Quadrant.
- Research consumer briefings — 60-minute sessions that provide critical skills and knowledge on how to purchase analyst firm services and maximizing business value from the services bought. These sessions are tuned for either end-user or vendor clients of the analysts.
- Custom training program – A completely customized curriculum of basic training and continuing education for multiple audiences using a mix of delivery options.
