Our goals for the AR Community Podcast are two-fold. The first goal is to provide an additional venue for SageCircle research that complements our existing deliverables, whether free (e.g., SageCircle blog) or client only (e.g., the Online SageContent Library, the largest and premier repository of AR best practices and downloadable tools available in the industry). The second goal is to develop real-world podcasting skills so when our clients are considering their own podcasts we have the experience (and scar tissue) to help them start podcasting without having to re-invent the wheel.

One Response

  1. Business-IT alignment is the Nirvana for every research firm and every technology supplier. Every firm talks about it in some way and advocates how they have the effective answer – whether thats Gartners approach from IT out, Forrester’s business roles, IDC’s Insight companies, Datamonitor/Ovums research unit collaboration. In 17 years inside this industry I am yet to see anyone who really has this cracked and without it the value of IT advisory research as a sector will most certainly stagnate or wither. Do Datamonitor/Ovum have the answer here. On paper I think its a good story. Can you get that kind of knowledge, collaboration and output by dictum and financial incentive – in my opinion I really dont think so. This is change of a massive scale. Change not just of product, sales and marketing but more critically change of behaviours and culture. What is the change program that is going to make this real. Until I really hear and see that I think this is smoke and mirrors.
